Tones are not available in iTunes because Apple does not support Tones.

To access Tones in iTunes, first open the iTunes app. Once you are in the app, click on the tab labeled “Store.” On this page, you will see a list of different categories. Click on “Tones” to bring up a list of all the tones available for purchase from iTunes.
If your iPhone is running iOS 11 and you are using the default ringtones, you can’t add custom ringtones. To fix this problem, you must first set a default ringtone on your iPhone.
To put ringtones in iTunes, simply find the ringtone on your computer and drag it into iTunes.
There are a few possible explanations for your problem. One reason could be that your ringtones are not in the iTunes library. To fix this, simply go to the iTunes library and find the song you want as your ringtone, then right-click it and select “Get Info.” You should then see an option to “Create AAC Version” in the menu. Click this button and wait for it to finish converting before continuing.
The ringtone might not be set up correctly. To fix this, go to Settings -> Sounds -> Ringtone.
The Tones section can be found under the Sounds tab in the Settings app.You can also use the Ringtone and Text Tone options on your iPhone to set a tone for each of those types of notifications.
To turn a song into a ringtone, you can select the song that you want to use as your ringtone on your iPhone, then tap the ‘Create New Ringtone’ button. You can also drag and drop the song from iTunes onto your iPhone. Once you have the desired song saved on your phone, go back to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone.
This is most likely because you have deleted the song from your iTunes library. If you want to recover the ringtones, download the song again and sync it with your iPhone.
