Select the right country and language. Select Deezer as your preferred player by pressing the small orange button with three horizontal lines, or choose to play another music service. To access the menu, tap the hamburger button. Tap Subscriptions to go to that menu option. Go to Deezer and cancel your subscription using this method:
Go to play.google.com and check if you’re signed in with the right Google Account. Click My subscriptions on the left side. Select your desired subscription from the drop-down menu. Manage your subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription after that.
Subscriptions to Deezer are paid on a monthly basis. You accidentally created a second Deezer account with another email address. You signed up for two Deezer accounts using two distinct payment options, such as credit cards, iTunes, your mobile provider, and so on.
If you cancel your membership, you’ll still have access to all of your playlists and favorite songs in My Music. Your account will be reverted back to Deezer Free if you stop paying for it. Any music you’ve downloaded to your device won’t be playable without an internet connection.
However, the quickest approach to cancel Deezer is to open the Settings app on your iPhone, select your name, choose ‘Subscriptions’, ‘Deezer’ and then ‘Cancel Subscription.’
