To delete an email account from your iPhone, simply go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and scroll down to “Accounts”. Tap the account you want to delete and then tap “Delete Account” on the following screen.

You can’t remove an email from your Apple ID. You can, however, change the primary email address to a different one.

To delete an email account from iCloud, you will need to log in to your iCloud account and select the “Mail” tab. You cannot delete emails from your Gmail account because Google has set up a system that will automatically archive any email you delete.

It is possible that there are emails in your Trash folder. If you are unable to find the email in the Trash folder, it may have been deleted by another user on your account.

You can disable an email account by going to your account settings and clicking on “Edit” next to the email address you want to disable. There will be a button that says “Disable Account.
