Cookies and other user data, such as the browser cache or downloaded files, are examples of persistent cookies. Chrome users can clear their browser data via chrome.settings.clearBrowserData or by selecting Menu More Tools Clear browsing data.
Select Delete My Browsing History in the drop-down menu. Select Clear Browsing Data from the drop-down menu. Select “All time” in the “Clear browsing data” box. Choose how you want to remove your browsing history
Select the menu button, choose History, then Clear Recent History. Select “Everything” from the time range to be cleared under “Time range to clear.” Now click the arrow next to Details to turn it on. Check Cache and Cookies, as well as any other components you wish to remove. Click the Clear now button after that.
To quickly open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history on a desktop browser, make sure the browser is open and selected before pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete.
Even if you erase all or part of your activity, Google retains information about how you utilized its web browser throughout the erased data it’ll recall that you searched for something at a certain time and date, but not what you looked for specifically.
