Permanent suspension: This is our most severe enforcement action. An account will be permanently suspended from the worldwide view if it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or User Agreement.
You may be able to unsuspend your account if you believe it was mistakenly disabled. Take action to unsuspend your account. If you log in and are prompted to provide your phone number or verify your email address, follow the steps to unsuspend your account.
You can’t avoid a Twitter suspension, enforcement action, or anti-spam challenge. This includes any actions intended to circumvent any Twitter remedy, such as establishing a new account or repurposing an existing one.
Mention that you’ve resolved the problem and request your account to be reactivated. Expect a wait before you can utilize the service again. Twitter does not give suspension appeals top priority, but it does respond within 24 hours. Our appeal was adequately addressed in a timely manner.
Twitter is currently testing a new feature that will notify users whether their account has been temporarily locked or permanently deleted. Twitter is experimenting with new notifications, which will appear as banners at the top of the user’s timeline and inform them about the state of their account.
