Most email services give you a way to regain access to your account. Many email providers provide a means of sending a recovery link to a specific email address or phone number. You may choose a new password and log back into your account by clicking this link.

Where are my pictures? We’ve copied your photos from all previous Myspace accounts. They may be found in the Mixes area of your profile. Unfortunately, if you can’t find your old Myspace profile, we won’t be able to help with recovery since the old Myspace was never migrated to the new Myspace.

You must have a Myspace account in order to update your email address. Go to your Profile Settings and choose Account from the menu. Click on Email under Account to see the email address linked to the account.

Go to the MySpace “Forgot Login” page in your Web browser (see link in Resources). Select the “MySpace URL” option from the radio buttons at the top of the form . In the box labeled “Security CAPTCHA Code,” type the characters and digits from the security CAPTCHA code.

If you are unable to access your account, you can still delete it. If you don’t have access to your original-registered email address or don’t know your password, you’ll need to set up a MySpace “Salute” in order to cancel your membership. On a white piece of paper, write down the URL for your MySpace.
