It is possible that the app is not working because of a network issue. You may want to try downloading the Walmart Grocery app again or you can also go to the website and shop there.

To do so, log in to your account on Walmart.com and select “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and click “Reset Password.” You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password.
