How To Recover Deleted Instagram Account?

You may have only disabled or deleted the account for a short period of time. However, as you’ve indicated that your Instagram account has been “permanently erased,” neither of those circumstances should be the cause. It’s possible that Instagram’s servers are being updated.

According to Instagram, after 30 days of your account deletion request, your account and all of your data will be permanently erased, and you will not be able to retrieve it.

Within your iPhone or Android device’s settings, go to Privacy -> Open the Settings app and look for Privacy. Locate an option that says “Sign out of all your accounts.” On the IG app’s home page, touch Manage accounts and then X. The account name will turn black, indicating that you’ve removed it.

You can remove multiple accounts from your phone by going to the home screen of the Instagram app and tapping on one of them. Tap on the three-dot symbol next to the account you want to delete, then choose Remove from the menu. The account information for that account will be removed from your phone.

Your account and all of your personal data will be permanently deleted after 30 days if you don’t respond to Instagram’s request for deletion. The material is still subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Data Policy during those 30 days, and it isn’t available to other users.
